The reservation cancellation conditions at Apartamentos Proamar are as follows:
• Cancellation is free if made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
• If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, the equivalent amount of the first night’s stay will be charged.
• In case of no-show without prior notice, the first night will also be charged and the reservation will be cancelled for the remaining days.
To request any cancellation or modification, you must notify us through official contact channels, providing the reservation number and/or the holder’s details.
These conditions apply unless the booked rate indicates other specific conditions, in which case the rate’s special terms will apply.
As an additional policy, please note that reservations made under the non-refundable rate will not allow for reimbursement in case of cancellation, date changes, or no-show. Please review the selected rate’s conditions carefully before completing your reservation.
